2024 Day Trips

It was getting a new shoe in any case, trip or no trip.
I wish I had someone close to me that rode and can do that with. But I don’t.Always?
No one in the family rides. Cousin doesn’t like long rides.
So I have to solo it.
Another trip for me to Wilno and back for a meal at the Wilno Tavern. Google Maps says 770 km and 9hr

Heading up that way shortly myself
Got out yesterday and just played around on backroads and gravel. Spent about 4 hours just randomly taking left or right turns at intersections on a whim. Although I knew I was east of Stratford other than that I didn't really know where I was most of the time. Doubled back on myself more than once. Although I put on ~250kms I was never much more than 50km from home.
I find those are the best rides. Yesterday's weather was perfect for that too.

Sounds like a fun ride. I've kinda been doing the same over in North Pickering just checking out all the side gravel roads.
