Why does everyone complain about salt and brine? I've been riding since 2018 during some winter months and have zero signs of rust. Does it depend on the bike?
Stolen V-strom?
I mean, I have one and I don't know anyone who would go out of their way to steal one lol. That's why I leave the key in it downtown without worries.
This 100%. After watching that poor lady rider getting cut off in the HOV on 403 a few years back, I purposely get close to the car in front of me so it's virtually impossible to get cut off from a car that's in a stand still position.
I ride the HOV on the 400 everyday for my commute from Bradford to downtown. I have had maybe one issue all time? Some car was painfully close so I waved at him to back off and he did, that's about it. I feel protected in the lane and I have to watch for line crossers but mostly positive...
Valve adjustment. No fun. Although I have mastered at taking this bike apart and putting it back together without issue. Only EX valves out of spec, barely.
The problem is trust. Sellers do not trust buyers. Buyers do not trust sellers. Also, people love to kick tires. They will ask "Is this bike still available?" just to be told yes or no, then moves on to the next ad lol. It could be a long or short process selling a car or bike. Good luck!
