I have been tempted but my trust is AliExpress is probably as far as I will go.
And that has been questionable at times.

While I am sure Temu is "ok" so many scams have been linked to it via third parties.
While the prices look fantastic, I'm looking forward to your review of the product to see if it is of any quality.

I've spent lots on my bike from Ali. Great store! Hardly any issues. Only 10 days shipping.

I have purchased several items.

My last purchase never made it as it got lost on the mail. Possibly on the Canadian side.
It was only $3.

I placed another other the other day for same item as well as a few others.
Hopefully none get lost this time.

I've bought a bunch of junk from temu. As long as your expectations aren't too high and aren't in a hurry it's OK. The thing that bugs me most is their search doesn't work, you have to use some obscure terms to find something your looking for.

I haven't ordered from Temu, and honestly, the scammy nature of some of the "get people to share this Temu advertising spam all over Facebook and everywhere else you possibly can and you can get 50 cents to spend!" tactics they use has really turned me off.

I have ordered quite a bit from AliExpress over the last year or two however with generally amazing results. The last motorcycle thing I ordered was this Givi tank bag for my wife's Spyder and it was hands down awesome for $30 when the lowest price I could find online here was $100.

I'm all for supporting Canadian retail etc etc etc, but if it was $50 or $60 locally I'd have spent the extra and done that, but $100 for this tiny little thing seemed egregious, so meh.

I bought about $150 worth of stocking stuffer stuff from Temu early November. It was good and bad.

The good? It arrived fast, the first bundle was under 2weeks, the second at 3 weeks.

The bad? About 1/2 the stuff ended up being sold out.

Did the Givi bag have the Givi branding or is that just in the pictures?

Even if it does say Givi.... it is not Givi.
Just like those 'for sure not fake' Alpinestars full leathers for 300 bucks on Kijiji
I did not think that it would be a "legit" product but I was just curious.

It was branded (that was $3 more or something like that when you selected it on the website vs no brand), and it's also very high-quality (I was pleasantly surprised) to be honest with you. If I had to venture a guess I would say it came out of the exact same factory as the actual Givi products.

I'd put $50 that if you put it next to the "real" givi bag from Fort-nine you couldn't tell the difference.

That happens. Factories in China will run extra for their own back door channels on anything - not just motorcycle stuff.

I’ve had traders offer us our own products that they are buying cheaper than we can get them.

I ordered a few things from Temu and they work pretty well

Bluetooth headset for the helmet
Neoprene gloves I'm using these days for riding
Windshield extender
Wind deflectors for handle bar
Portable air pump
USB socket
Light reflector stickers
Riding shoes whole taking the M2 (these are the only ones that I had to throw off)

I just don't use the mobile app. I use the site on my laptop.

Bought a few more items - left my back brace in Canada
My physio guy borrowed my eBike and broke the mirror
Those glasses are photochromatic !!!!!

First order might be in tomorrow. We'll see if that helmet liner is identical to the one I bought from Amazon which is now $50. I was about to pull the trigger on Amazon as I need it and thought I would check Temu. 🍿

I watched a few videos online from people who did Temu or Wish.com based camping trips.

They all went pretty much as I expected they would lol.

I prefer Temu since the pricing is often just a fraction more than AliE, but ships much quicker in my experience.
Stuff like wellnuts, fender clips/bolts, odd stuff that you would normally find in a dollarstore (fabric shavers) etc.
