Mid calf riding boots. Suggestions.

LOL. It always makes me chuckle when I see them standing up while riding a dirt road; saw it again yesterday. In an old dirt bike magazine I remember Dick Burleson saying something along the lines of, "I stand up when I need to. They put a seat on it for a reason." I imagine most people won't know him but he was a legendary enduro rider in the North Eastern US.

When I come by a 'stander' on a dirt road, instead of throwing a hand salute, I'll quickly stand on my pegs, throw my salute, then sit back down.

I've worn my Forma adventure low boots for 4 years now. A little shoe glue and new Dr Scholls and they are like new.

Boots finally arrived today and perfectly supportive of my ankle. I will feel far more stable walking.
Any that have worn them ....do they need break in?
Feels good to have a mcycle boot on again.

The tall ones didn't, although the right insole tends to fold and bunch up when I take the boot off.

Feel pretty good so far and not bought for much walking but will be the go to for being out and about for the next few weeks so I don't roll my ankle. Very confidence building
