If it would change to 120km/hr then people would drive on average 20km/hr more. 140km/hr would be the average since we drive 120km/hr with 100km/hr speed limits making us the fastest drivers in the northern hemisphere.

Id recommend waiting 4 years, so you can hit that 6 year licensed threshold and be over the age of 30.

I think the sweet spot is getting an m2 at 16 and once 25 insurance will be affordable with 9 years licensed. Big regret of mine was waiting too many years to get my lic.
