DR650 Repair Advice...or recommendation on mechanic close to Christie Pits in TO

I am not in the GTA so no local mechanic insights. However, I am a former DR rider and will likely be one again.. Depending on the model year a Neutral Sending Unit failure can be a significant problem sending chunks of metal floating around the engine internals. You might want to poke around...

    recommended motorcycle dolly for garage?

I have home built lift...a flip up 2x10 piece of lumber with a 2x4 as a leaver. Search YouTube for home made bike lifts. I position it under the bike closer to the front to get the front up. Not a glamorous solution to getting the rear or front off of the ground, but it works for my bike. I...

    recommended motorcycle dolly for garage?

I had a similar problem, though only one bike. I got the big dolly from Royal distributing: Long track with a connected piece for the side stand, similar to the Kimpex. It was big, weighed a chunk, took up a lot of space when not in use, and the smallish wheels did not roll that well on my...

Wifi 6 vs Ethernet? Any real world comparisons?

This may not be a networking issue but rather a processing/resource problem...You likely have way more processing power and faster buffering on your laptop than your TV.

Wifi 6 vs Ethernet? Any real world comparisons?

You would most likely need to buy an AX wifi adapter for any devices looking to connect to an AX wireless router. CAT5e cable is fine for gigabit networking, no real need for CAT6. If the cabling is in place use it. It is the most stable way to build a network. If you have dead wifi spots in...

Speed cameras to start automatically ticketing on July 6

Yes it is a cash grab... Trust me it can be a deterrent for many. Back in the dark days when we had photo radar van's in random locations, people slowed down. I also remember the day it was repealed and the speed of traffic jumped 20km/h on the 401. Not so sure about the impact on speeds with...
