I've sampled it from the selection at The Windmill in Mount Pleasant south of Brantford. It isn't NaCl salt but rather some other variant that I'm not working hard at liking.
I haven't been there in a few years but it used to a decent place for a light lunch, except for the salted licorice.

These guys are worth supporting.
I like them as a corporation. I wish they made better tasting ice cream. Hell, make a chapmans premium line that costs more if they don't want to push their main line up market. I've mowed down a container of their French vanilla every three days for 20+years.....lol.......it's the best!! Smothered in sucker's chocolate syrup of course.
My wife loves the stuff. To me there is no such thing as bad ice cream or bad bacon. For truly bad beer one has to go to the USA.
