Sounds like the property manager wants to work with the situation, not shut things down. Play nice, don't be ********, and all should be fine.
Thats not true, you don't have right to be there the same way you don't have the right to be in a mall. They can still kick you out anytime.

Reasonable minds will have reasonable limits. Most coffee shops have a little sign somewhere stating maximum stays. Also one can't park at a store lot, buy a candy bar and take the TTC downtown for the day.
A lot will depend on how much money the meet brings into T/W. Is it enough to offset the ill will from the other clients who could retaliate with legal action or subtle counter measures?
Unless one of us has copies of all the contracts and know the mindsets of the parties it's speculation. Since you're a lawyer you would have better access to precidents and the knowledge of how this would be interpreted.
I don't enjoy mass meetings, large ride groups and I live at the other end of TO so the outcome means little to me. One could get tangental on social commentaries etc but I don't have enough tin foil on hand and I hear there's going to be a shortage.
...things will go down the toilet like what happened at Kennedy Commons.
A grocery store near where I used to work would sometimes set up a bbq during the lunch hour and sell burgers, hot dogs and drinks. Perhaps Price Chopper could do the same and make a few bucks off the riders. Hard to resist the smell of bbq when you're right there.
Realistically though, lets say all the bikes parked somewhere out of the way. Theres still like 200 - 400 bikes in the area.
If I wasn't a rider, I'd probably be scared off from going to PC on thursday nights.
I applaud the attempt to amicably solve the situation, but probably pointless imo.
damn 400 bikes?! Last time I was at a Timmies meetup 3 years ago there was no more than 100 bikes and the parking lot looked full. Anyone got pictures of last night with 400 bikes?
KC wasn't as bad as Martin Grove but the "burn out competition" was the breaking point (those who were there know what I'm talking about lol). I guess police don't like burn outs, and tire smoke. Who would have thought?
