ahah its true then mm? ive shot a few guns, and its pretty fun but can be an expensive hobby, but then my brother has shot alot more (hes in the military so it would be expected ahah)
 
lol i would hope that people in the military get quite a bit of practice shooting lmao

Yeah, I was really leaning towards an ElectraGlide but she wanted another Heritage. She sat on the passenger seat of all the bikes and gave me her opinion on everything. She's very big on the opinions. :)
Easiest way to meet people there is to pick a time and manufacturer booth, e.g., "Meet at 11:00 at the Kawasaki booth right by the desk." The convention centre is big and can be confusing if you don't know you're way around. Bring a small knapsack or large purse to carry all the pamphlets and literature you'll collect. Also comfortable shoes to walk in, you'll do a lot of it.
If you're looking for gear, sometimes you can get some good deals, especially from the smaller vendors on Sunday afternoon. They'd rather sell it then shlep it back to the shop.
The show is really you're only opportunity to sit on all the new bikes under one roof, so it's a lot of fun. And if I do go and meet you guys, I'll sterr you towards the Harleys. Or have my daughter offer her opinion. ;)

we are very opinionated at our age arent we lol :p
im not looking for a bike but id love to have a chance to sit on all of them lol. I need some gear so hopefully i can find a good deal or two.
Im excited lol this is my first motorcycle event in general lmao
and *sigh* guess ill have to leave my heels at home if im gunna be walking alot :( lmao and ill prob be wearing a little blue elephant backpack :p

I needed a very tiny backpack, so that im not carrying around a HUGE heavy backpack on the bike. The smallest one i could find were these ones that you have personalized for children lmao Its my riding purse lol :p

Look for a tankbag at the show. Maybe they'll have cute little Hello Kitty ones. :)
 
AHAHAH hello kitty tank bag mm? :P now that would be something ahha. drop me a pm when you girls/guy plan on going. id like to see if i can get some gear for next year at dirt cheap prices ahah.
 
oh and got my bike running ! WOOOT! no $1k plus CRUNCH sound when she started and fired up the first time hehe. now just gotta get my sliders from my buddy and ill be riding again! oh and i think ill post a how 2 thread to update the ref i used....
 
that sucks that you werent able to ride for so long! now its so f***ing cold outside!:(
