So >>heres a question for my fellow bikers..

I have had a head on collision with my Ninja..It was wrote off ..I asked to purchase the bike back off insurance they said no..nver be allowed on the road again.. As i had not seen the bike after the accident i took there word.. I accepted the stupidest of offer abd moved on.. ****** that i couldnt get my bike back and was talked out of it by the adjuster. I go on kijiji.. and guess what i see! Yup my bike! you people should know of such an accident .No??????????? and why is this bike allowed back on the street? I am about to call omvic.. whats your opinion. I am ******
 
(a) Are you sure it's your bike?
(b) Is it being advertised as parts for sale?
(c) Is it being advertised in a false way ie "mint condition, blah blah blah"

If (c) I'd say that might be illegal. (a) or (b) might be valid
 
Positive .. i painted the wheels only had one braided line (green on rear) it was a s/e and ..I had put stickers on that are mine plus ..changed some parts only i would know.. I spoke to the dealer..he says it was laid down.. i hit a car head on!

dealer bought it from an auction, fixed it and is now selling it. How does this piss you off?
 
I'm guessing cause he wasn't allowed to get it back and fix it. It's his baby.

I was told not repairable i loved that bike, now its back on the road! thats how it makes me angry.. I am also involved in omvic..need i say more?
 
also the bike had low mileage 4400kms... spent 20gs on that bike..It cost me 5000 to get another bike plus the insurance $,..im out of pocket when i could of had my own bike back

what does it have to do with omvic or the dealer?

i was told it wasnt repairable..i was also told that was all i could get.. I took teh word of my insurance company..easy for you to say buy a new bike..im out of pocket !
