Woman is Kicked and Freaks Out on Train

Sometimes there are underlying reasons people rage/freak out.
My dad goes through the same Tim Hortons drive thru everyday and the lady who would serve him was downright rude most of the time but he would always say 'Hello my lady, how are you my lady' (my lady is
his favorite term of endearment) and one day when he asked her 'why are you always so angry, my lady?' and she broke into a rage about men that turned into deep sobs about her abusive husband... He went inside, asked her manager if she could have the day off and offered to pay her days wage.

Everyone has raged over something that in retrospect was small/stupid. Maybe she was tired of getting kicked around so she threw a fit where she knew there'd be minimal consequences or danger.

Other than that, I've realized people who commute everyday are pretty high strung and tense. I fantasize about raging on tards everyday but I feel emotionally balanced individuals limit and control their reactions.

And for the record, I'm pro slapping-girls-who-hit-you-first and in-the-bedroom.

Most anger is the result of not getting what one expects. Sometimes we don't get what we deserve and sometime we expect too much.

This clip reminds me of a picture a professional shot a number of years ago. His young son was acting up and being a typical terrible two so he took a picture which just made the kid madder and he kept on taking pictures as the kid tantrumed away. The final black and white print practically bled tears. Sadist?

When I was 7 my mom told me to go look how pretty I am in the mirror while I was throwing a fit... I rarely threw one after that :P

Whats funny here? It's funny because the woman has a strong Asian accent. No one knows what really hapened. Maybe she was kicked by some suit wearing knobjockey who thinks they own the train. Who knows?

I'm not sure either.. While GO is a lot better and less stressful than riding the rocket, you get your share of eed-yots over there and maybe this one stuck his foot halfway across the aisle. I usually just sweep them outta the way with an obviously fake apology  As for the lady.. As i said, if he acted like a ****** she could have finally freaked at the tail end of a long day. I'd like to hear the full story from an impartial 3rd party that observed the incident.

Btw I had a lady freak like that when I was a kid. Crowded bus, I'm holding onto the rail, the bus driver breaks and inertia takes her fat *** on my forearm. She freaked on me for "grabbing her ***" and being a "sex maniac" and whatnot.. I was short of puberty so grabbing ***** wasn't in my repertoire and in any case I'd have gone for someone 1/3 her age at the time  Saw her again a year later while we were collecting old newspapers for a school recycling program. Needless to say, we left that building in a hurry as she went full retard on us.

This one could go either way and we don't know all the details unless someone has a link to what actually happened?

This was the top rated comment when I clicked the link earlier - it's on the internet, so it must be true:

"I was on that train and this is what happened. She was taking a lot of space with her legs forward past his feet. After several minutes the man politely asked the lady to retract her legs. She responded with an insult and did not move her feet back. When the man tried to move his feet she did not move and at that point he pushed her foot towards her. The lady went hysterical. Another lady asked the man to change seats to create peace which is why you see her take the seat after he leaves."

Thanks for posting it up. By the looks of it, we can chalk this one up under the "crazy *****" column. He may not have been assertive enough when he took the seat. When a person stretches their legs and I take the seat across them, I ask them politely (mind my p's and q's) to move their feet but I don't wait for them to contemplate their answer, just take my seat and plant my feet where they're supposed to be (unless it's a special circumstances situation, like a leg in a cast or something). If he had marked his territory from the very start, she would have reconsidered throwing her bitchfit. She saw him as a wimp and an easy target to take her pent up aggression on.

Toronto at its finest

No different from any other major city in he world, check out all the related vids.

One day we're bashed for acting superior, then the next day we're bashed for not acting superior enough!

your dad is a sweetheart...no really, that was very kind...if only more people would be more sympathetic towards others

why didn't anyone on the train tell this ***** to shut up. Good grief I used to go train to work and as I read/slept/talked with my friends, I would have been F*&^'N PI$$ED if this happened near me...like seriously how rude does someone need to be to CONTINUE to disturb EVERYONE around her.

Prson with the iPhone should have got up to video this in front of her face

would make her think twice about her behaviour

uuuggghhhh when did women forget how to behave like ladies

I guess you mean "any MAN on the train", since telling her to shut up would have been unladylike?

Being a lady does not mean sitting around like a wall flower and saying nothing.

So what would be the ladylike thing to do, Ms. Manners? "Excuse me miss, your exclamations are causing a disturbance for others. Would you be so kind as to quiet down just a tad for the comfort of those around you? Thanks."

Because I'm pretty sure that wouldn't work any more than the unladylike "Shut up!"

I would have asked her if she'd "love me long time," and then watch her head explode.

Toronto at its finest

Given that this happened during a commute on the GO train, it's actually safe to assume that neither of those folks are from Toronto but from the other municipalities around Toronto. So if you did want to generalize you should probably assert "suburbs at their finest"?
