I need a new one. engine seized while riding, and bent/broke some important inside parts. Just parting it and will be getting a new one (looking at a ninja 500. pretty similar to the gs, will have same insurance (checked out the 650s and it'll be about twice the cost of a 500. the 250s are about 200less than 500, so 500 all the way) but it looks better (in my opinion. year dependant also) and pumps out a few more horses.)

Son of a *****!! That blows!! I'll keep my eyes open for anything popping up here... What's your price range?
 
Ideally $1500-2500. nothing older than 2000. below 20000km for anything 05+, and below 35000km for 2000-05 preferred.
In working condition. needing nothing to safety (tires just need enough thread to pass a safety, I'll be slapping on some new ones.)

The closer to Oakville the better.

Ha, the cold don't bother me. Just no with fall upon us I may be the only one standing out there. I plan to continue the meets throught he winter for those who want to drive out.

haha I'm just kiddin'. Besides, you live 5 minutes away. literally. you better show up!

And don't worry guys.. I'll be back on 2 wheels soon.
If I'm not back on 2 wheels (my own. in the off chance my stepdad would actually ever let me borrow his bike for some miraculous reason) by mid october I'll be seriously disappointed in myself.
 
Rain forecast Wed., hope to make it though. Btw.....I'm riding up through Algonquin Park and back this weekend. If anyone is interested in joining me we can discuss it Wed.. Our family has properties up there. I may rough it and camp out at private lake (no electricity nor running water) or stay at the cottage on Trout Lake. Photos of private lake.....

week after I'm hoping to have a bike.

I just spend 4=5 ****ing hours skateboarding around oakville. 4 places gave me an application and took a resume for a job, the other 90something odd told me I can only apply online.
Does no one value face to face interaction anymore :(

Also tried on some new helmets; think I know which one I want.

If you can make it down, go to royal Distributing this weekend, they have some good deals on helmets and you don't pay taxes.

They don't have what I'm looking for.

But GP does/can get it. Currently looking at other shops for the cheapest price lol. right now GP is beating prices from the states, surprisingly enough.

seems like all the rides are afraid of weather today. is this one alive for today
 
The wild wing Wednesdays will run right through the winter. So no need to worry.
