Why Do You Ride?

So as I walk through the corridors at work dressed in my riding gear and carrying my helmet I can count the number of people who say... "Did you ride in today".

When ppl ask me that I answer "nope, I just like to carry this around, looking cool with a helmet and a jacket on".

I ride because it's the most fun you can have with your pants on! I was a car guy before but to be honest it died on me, got too busy and I just didn't enjoy cruising anymore, then I got a bike and it put the fun back into my life. I actually enjoy going out and riding to new places... it also helps that it's quite a bit cheaper.

Riding for me is like a shower, it cleans off the dirt...as I go through the gears and the smile appears - the **** just melts away.
