Except that one is known BS ... they're relying on the bike's speedometer, which is known to read high (as all production vehicle speedometers are apt to do). The Texas Mile numbers are taken using proper timing equipment.
That is true. Never occurred to me that he could be reading high, but after a search I see the Kawasaki speedos have been found 4.5% overspeed. 400km/h-4.5%=382km/h x.62=236.8mph. Still impressive, and with a lot more to go up top it seemed to me.
