I was so tempted to go out Wednesday, but holy hell there was so much meltwater everywhere because of the amount of snow we got out here during the big storm (we ended up with almost 50cm) that it would have totally messed up the bike.

Turning on the garden hose taps in the basement just to wash it off and then having to turn them off again and winterize things really wasn't worth it for me for what would have been an hours ride.

This has been a really bad winter for me. I'm just itching to get out there and ride. Like properly ride - none of this dekin' around snowbanks and ice patches sh!t.

F-n COVID.
 
Been an actual honest to goodness real Canadian winter this year.

Makes one realized how spoiled we've been with the last 5 or 6 of them.
 
Hmmm just when you thought global warming/climate change was suppose to fix this for us....more waiting...

I went out for a little ride this aft. only about 100 km.

Yeah it was feeling pretty good out there, and seeing some of that snow melt was nice. Wed is suppose to be up around 10.
 
Ok I think I have forgotten how to ride... maybe that I even have a motorcycle. 😞
 
Any of you get out today?

I went for a little ride and saw a couple of riders and their bikes having a coffee at Timmies, a dual sport riding though Bancroft and a couple of riders eastbound on hwy 7 heading towards Madoc.

Was any of them you?
