Oh yes heated grips really help this time of year .Went for a quick spin to pick the wife up some urgently needed libations.
Roads in Mississauga are covered in crap and debris.... need to take it really easy in the corners.
First time I have had the opportunity to try my newly installed heated grips. Turned them off after 10 mins even on the lowest setting. Damn those things work well.
Beautiful. Always loved the look of that gen of VFR.Get out if you can , be careful with the grit and gravel still on some roads.

When was the last time you saw a bike that rotted to death by being ridden? They get crashed, they get stolen, they get left outside to die. If you can live with some cosmetic issues, you have nothing to worry about. Are you guys washing your bike after every ride? Riding through those salty puddles can't be good.
The brine won't hurt most of your bike. If enough of it gets into electrical connectors and behind seals it will cause problems tho. Esp if you push it back into those places with a pressure washer. I spray my rides with acf50.Are you guys washing your bike after every ride? Riding through those salty puddles can't be good.
The one I sold to Ron last year looks like it has been crashed to death and left outside. When was the last time you saw a bike that rotted to death by being ridden? It's not without downsides, but for me, the ride more than offsets the potential issues. Are we saying that the bolts don't get harder to turn as they get corroded by salt?
It makes a way bigger mess on polished aluminum engine casings, the underside of your chrome fenders and the insides of your steel frame tubing then anything else. Salt is Horrible to your helmet visors and plastics. Salt is a crystal by natureAre we saying that the bolts don't get harder to turn as they get corroded by salt?
I like the Pilot Road 4’s which are discontinued and the other day someone in Goderich was selling a newer used set for $200. Just a private sale off Kijiji, that’s all.Shane where you getting tires in Goderich. I used to go to a tire shop there that would sell and spin on tires for the same price most shops asked for just the tires (but you had to pay in cash). Sadly they,re gone now.
