Who's still riding? (Fall & Winter 2019 Edition)

Great ride yesterday, 3ish hours round trip. Went from Bolton to Brampton, up through Caledon into Orangeville, back down through Belfountain across Caledon again into Nobleton, up through Schomberg and back home.

Felt good to be outside with the sun on my face. Was cool but definitely bearable, enjoyable even, with the right gear on.

Made a pass through Forks of the Credit and was kind of surprised how busy it was. Saw a few groups of people all close together.

Here I am social distancing myself. 20200327_174440~3.jpeg

God vfr's are pretty.

Went out for a short local ride yesterday afternoon to burn off some stale fuel and top up, no shortage of bikers out there!
Sun was out but was quite chilly near the end of the ride... going to keep watching the weather like a hawk during this quarantine.

Stay healthy, stay safe!

Passed 800KM this year on the new bike yesterday.

Work won't let me return.....so might as well ride, I guess.

I'm a bit over 7,600 for the year (not counting the 1,900 km in Arizona in January. ). :)

You're not done yet :)

Yeah I know but I should have grabbed one instead of the CBF1000 but I did want to try a liter bike. The seating position in the VFR just too sporty for these old bones and I don't ride aggressively any more. I do like the CB500x seating and crazy good fuel economy ...light and easy to handle but no thrill. :(

Some of us have to work. ?

Me too! 44 hours a week! Although last week cut our hours in half and this past week closed for at least two weeks.

I raked and fertilized the grass yesterday so blame me ???

Supposed to be nicer this afternoon.

Environment Canada is suggesting 4PM before it's over, at least on the east side of the city.

Might get out for a little toot if the roads dry up fast however. Maybe my wife will even come along for her first ride of the year, who knows.

I went out for a bit this aft (about 200 km.) I was watching the storms on the radar display on my gps and dodged several of them. Never got more than a little drizzle on me. There was one wicked looking storm heading my way near Lindsay. I wouldn't have been surprised if it had turned into a tornado later as it was forming the classic hook shape that can spawn tornados.
