They came two weeks after I ordered because I had to wait for delivery of my modem. But they came the day and time they said they would, or I should say, they sent the rogers guy when they said they would, lol. He just came and hooked up a little device to the cable to see if it was getting the signal, then told me to have a nice day. When I first got Rogers, then bell, they stuck around and connected everything and made sure it was actually working.
They're great, but I do hope I never actually need them to help me.
