Which to buy as 2nd bike GSXR or CBR (600)

I'd stay away from '09+ years unless you really need ABS (That's like mine by the way).

In '09+ years they downgraded the power on those bikes. Kinda went backwards. What I did is just swapped ECU from '07-'08 CBR600RR and gained the lost top end power.
The 2013 cbr has 97 horses. That's 8 less than my 86 500 suzuki.

The difference between the gsxr and 600rr is 4 hp. Torque is identical, however on the 600rr its earlier on than the gsxr.

I had an '08 CBR before my '09 and trust me I could feel the difference. Bought ECU off ebay and swapped it. Now I have a good midrange of '09 and a good top end of '07-'08.

Or just forget about it and get a GSXR 750 - can't go wrong.

Love this bike

No doubt, those engineers are the factory are such idiots.

Im looking to buy one to beat on it on the track. Like i said parts are everywhere and the bikes are cheap. The 04/05s were decent bikes minus the cam chain tensioner, secondary throttle valve actuator and the lego brakes.

For the street however i don't think id get another gixxer after riding a honda.

And yes honda has their issues as well, but when comparing a 600rr vs a gsxr its a pretty clear picture when looking at a reliability point of view.
Cost and maintenance might be another story..Look at a oem suzuki air filter, 35 bucks vs hondas 90

bmw 1000 r are the most problamatic of all 1000 cc bikes out there. many have caught fires when ridden hard, especially in hot climates of asia and south america but you seem to own one.

Im not retarded, i owned a honda cbr1000rr not a bmw :D

I don't care what everyone loves but I love gixxers. Just putting that out there.

I don't care much of other people's feelings :D
