Yesterday: from Durham to Niagara Falls. (Niagara Motorcycle Show). All highway, nothing special except Eastport Drive in Burlington.

Today: up to Mosport Park (Rusty Wallace Racing) with a friend. From Mosport down to Bowmanville, twisties around the lake and across through south Oshawa and back home. About an hour. Good ride and no rain.

Pulled the bike out - gassed it up after yesterday and did some shopping but was tired so vegged and did cleanup of the house and some van level errands.
Muggy but now the Tstorms are clearing the air a slow jaunt out toward Campbellville might be just the ticket - but have to wait a bit for the cells to stop popping - some nasties out towards KW.

Saturday rode to Windsor with a detour through hockley. Returned on Sunday, took Hwy 3 from Windsor to St Thomas, then got on the 401 to 400. 975km Sat-Sun.

Escaped the 37 degree inferno in Mississauga - cooler here at the Forks - hopefully get couple 100ks in near dusk if the wind goes down a bit...be happy to ride in the rain if there was any :(

No where so far. :(

Not today but on Sat night I took a nice little ride from just south of Barrie up to Victoria Harbour all along back roads. Took my cute young neighbour on the back ( she loves bikes and unlike that other poster it was not horrific! ) and we had a nice dinner on the patio at the restaurant beside the marina. Nice ride..not too hot.

to work!

Was going to go out last night after work.....around 7ish. Felt lazy. Decided not to go. Good decision as around 8ish, started raining. My after work/evening rides normally consist of hitting the 401 from Kingston Rd. Up along Brock Rd. Concession Rd 9 and down Lake Ridge to Tauton Rd. and back down Brock Rd. Its a nice 1hr or so ride. If I have more time on a weekday evening, I might head over to the Tim Horton's at Port Perry.

Maybe I'll do that today.

This afternoon after the tournament got going at Hockley Resort I headed up Airport Road to Mansfield, then west to Prince of Wales Road, north to River Road, west to Hornings Mills and north on 124 to the side road that leads to Creemore. Before reaching Creemore I took the loop up Riverside Drive through Glen Huron and back down to Dunedin. The return run was south on Airport Road, west on River Road back to Prince of Wales and then south on 10 to Orangeville. Great little 2-hour ride in the afternoon.

I would like to thank the driver of the small truck towing the dirt bike trailer for flashing his lights to warn of the radar on Airport Road just south of 89. An unmarked cruiser was parked in a driveway just after the crest in the long hill coming north on Airport Road just south of 89. I have never seen him there before and would likely not have had enough time to slow down to an acceptable speed had it not been for the advance warning.

after getting soaked yesterday i was a little paranoid but still rode- lakeshore through mississauga and back on burnhamthorpe, to get some fresh air

how about today?

Up to Port Perry for a coffee. A little rain, but nice ride. No need to be scared of a few drops of water, lol.

Good idea to sticky this.
Got bike serviced - wireless air pressure - yay - oil, brakes checked and adjusted.
Short spin tonight checking out new GPS app- pretty sweet.

From Durham, out to Milestones at Scarborough Town Centre with wife and friends for dinner. Via Rossland and Old Finch and Twyn Rivers the 'other' way and along Sheppard to Markham and down Progress. Back home was 401 all the way as the wife wanted to get home quick after dark (Cinderella).

Wife on her own ride so, sweet.
