Authentic neopolitan pizza. Dough proofed for 26h. Cooked on a propane BBQ on a pizza stone at 600f. But how do you get that wood fired taste I hear you say... thats easy. You set fire to the deck from the BBQ being so hot.

My son ordered a can for his friend. After shipping it was almost $50 AND past the best before date. Not that you'd likely be able to tell if it was off.
He didn't open it here so I have no idea just how bad it smells.
