Damn was so proud of my steaks I almost took a picture. Now seeing this thread I can share my BBQ lust...
 
There is a Toronto lady running a website cooklikeajamaican.com , her recipe for jerk pork is my new best friend. It takes some effort but holy crap is it awesome. There are some grilling and marinading tips in there I was happy to learn.

Yeah you can buy jerk sauce in a jar, but the fresh bright flavor just isnt there.
 
Just have a napkin handy if the jerk sauce gets away from you.

This critter has been in the smoker since 7AM this morning. About 7 pounds of pulled pork due in about 1 hour. :)

OMG I love sushi. I blame it (and cruising once/twice a year for several years) for destroying my waistline.

Left Chicken, Jamaican BBQ Dry Rub, Right Jamaican Marinated 16 hours Jerk Chicken. Served with corn and black bean salad and a libation of choice. It was a good night.
