When I purchased my used bike last year, (early May). I saw it on the sales floor on Tuesday evening, told them I would take it when they did the Oil change and predelivery inspection. (I had my plates from other bike so I just gave them the old registration).
I picked the bike up about noon that Saturday. I had given them insurance via email and then I took my plates in they installed them and I drove it home.
Now it IS that time of the season when dealerships are usually VERY busy getting bikes ready for clients, service bays are full etc so a week perhaps 2 might not be unreasonable, (also with this weather it really wasn't riding weather until a few days ago). But I would suggest calling and speaking to the GM and asking where your bike that you will be there at NOON on Friday to take delivery or get a FULL and complete refund. Be polite but firm. If you start causing a scene at this point they "may" given their history, decide to exercise all their rights and invoke that 90 day clause that JC had posted earlier is on the rear of your contract nad just out of spite make you wait longer than necessary.
