What happens to people like this?

This is pretty funny. Classic case of "appear rich on Instagram, everything else should fall into place" Bigtime car dealer to the hollywood stars. Operating without a business license, or dmv license. Wife can still buy her 10k purses and show them off on Instagram, all while being millions and millions in debt. Funny how that works. Such a fake world out there.
Should be in jail. Go into a bank with a mask on and steal 10k you go to prison. Knowingly borrow millions against bad debt/won't be able to make payments and it's all good.

Pure comedy gold .

Funny how you can be a human trafficker/pedo but if you're right wing the evil Pizzagate lizard people!!! screaming republicans will give you a pass.

What's that Carlin quote about average intelligence again?

These people should be found, and made examples of in quick order. Stupidly dangerous behaviour.

Another one that is most likely kids and where I think young offenders act is grossly out of line. I don't care if you are young and dumb, if you hurt somebody, a lifetime of consequences is reasonable and should be expected. As it is, almost everybody gets a wrist slap.

The guys that tossed the boulder that effectively caused my buddy to be f$@ked for life were adults in their early to mid 20s.

Took years to find them, but they got drunk/high and blabbed to a brother of a cop.

Guy I went to high school with is still alive last I checked. But blind, no memory, and is effectively a shell of a human being relegated to a lifetime of care.

EDIT: Latest article I could find about him from 2015. We were in Mexico for our OAC trip. He was coming home with his dad from Florida or Virginia.

Here’s another…tossed large rock into opposing traffic, driver went unconscious and hit a stopped car…

The YOA hasn't been in effect since 2002.
It was replace by the YCJA (Youth Criminal Justice Act)... I
If you think the YOA was f___ked up the YCJA says "hold my beer, watch this" ;)
In Ontario we even created a new gov't ministry to administer the Act.
(Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services)
They took the "justice" portion completely out of Correctional Services and instead let an army of social workers decide how to deal with youth crime.
IIRC most people I know/knew who were recruited from corrections into the the MCCSS eventually left, transferring back into the adult system.
