Surprised they don't have some of sticker they can stick to the lids the would be torn when removing the lid to prevent this sort of thing.

They do. Home owner reported the opened up drink, and then the guy came back with replacement drinks...this is when the taping started.

I assume he spit into it because he had to pay out of pocket for it...and was promptly caught on camera.

In addition, original video shows 2 kids unbelted in the back seat...$200 fine + 2 demerit points / child received also as the cops showed up when the driver returned with the replacement drinks...
