I have to clean mine out and box up what I plan on taking for the move. If anyone wants to help (DM me) I'm sure they'll score some free hand tools, motorcycle gear and other goodies as I'm trying to minimize, also happy to supply food and beverages. I'm starting Sunday Sept 3rd.

So I've spent a lot of time with the MME clutch the past few weeks and it truly does reduce the effort. I'm pretty much doing single-finger pulls all the time.
However, the adjustment to balance free play and clutch engagement is so finicky (plus I'm a bit of a doofus when it comes to mechanical stuff). You have to do all the adjustments when the clutch plates have warmed up and expanded, which is fine. But what I'm finding is that when the bike is cold, the clutch is not fully disengaged when the lever is pulled in to the bar. Adjust the engagement out too much when it's cold and the clutch slips when the plates get up to temp.
I'm sure I just need to play around with it a bit more, the two pivot points means that you've got to be very precise with both free-play adjustment and clutch engagement point.
Reading up the reviews on the web, it seems I'm not the only one. Fair warning...
On certain bikes where there isn't a lot of hydraulic fluid being pushed between the clutch engaged/disengaged position, you need to be constantly adjusting the engagement point with the grub screw as the clutch warms up because it begins to slip more than when it's cold. Other bikes may not have that problem if there is a large amount of hydraulic fluid being displaced.
Burnt my clutch because of this. Couldn't feel it slipping because I thought it was the rear tire spinning in the dirt. When I reached pavement, it was too late and the damage was done.
If you don't need a nanny helping you ride, it's a bunch of fun.
I picked mine up recently - one owner, 10000 original kms. It was kept in a heated garage, last ridden in 91. Found it on Facebook Marketplace for $700. I couldn't resist.
Got about 80% cleaned out. Good stuff moved to storage, junk tossed in the dumpster.
Always amazing just how much stuff you collect, but seem to be oblivious to as it piles up. Still have much to do but feels great to clean and purge.
Blech. Wifes engagement ring broke. Diamond and claws are gone. Just 7/8's of a hoop remains. Window is approx 6 hours. Looked in all the simple places already. Tomorrow going into the septic tank. Fml.

Google Portelance Rd. Goes from Capreol to Shining Tree. Pine takes you into Timmins. It's a 140km logging road, good for intermediate Adv riders. First 30 km are knarly, after that it's ok. 50/50 tires advised.

Played around with the KTM and did a quick mockup with some spare SXV stuff. Tank probably isn't going to fit the way I'd like. Need to do some more thinking, possibly cutting the bottom of the tank and using it to house the electricals that need to be relocated from the tail. 12L was never going to be enough anyways, and an under-seat tank was always part of the plan.
