What did everyone buy at the show this weekend?

I know the show is not over yet but lets see what everyone got if they went yesterday or today.

I picked up a graphic Bell RS-1 and a tinted visor for a little over 400 bucks after taxes and my brother bought a pair Metzeler M5 tires for 280

Not sure if we got the best deal on the planet but it was exactly what we wanted.

So, what did you get?

I picked up some Kevlar jeans and my gf finally decided that she wanted to get into riding so she got an HJC modular helmet and textile jacket. Just got in from her first 2up and she's bitten. I think that there might be a second bike in the garage this spring!!

Jerky-10$
Smoothies-13.5$
Bought a pair of SIDI Vertigo boots for the gf- 400$ tax in.
Tried and tried to find her a leather jacket that was a good fit for her but no luck, only thing she found was a Dainese jacket for 650$+T and I couldn't let her spend that much since she's only 2-upping.
If she had her own bike, it would be a different story.
Wanted to spend some money for some goodies to add to my bike, but didn't really find anything that I wanted. Which is weird because I'm very impulsive when it comes to these things.

Helmet (for me), boots (both of us), custom ear plugs (both of us), tires (for my 599), covers for both bikes. T'was an expensive evening!!

Shorai battery, new grips, about to take an old seat in for getting reupholstered.

Knox armoured shorts and chest protector from the guys at riders choice. Also met John Sherrard and talked about setting up my suspension.

You would likely have better luck looking at textile jackets. The prices are more reasonable, in general, and they can be had with good body armour these days.

Didn't by anything myself, either.

I have never gone to a show to buy gear.I did ask about dot track tires at one of the booths. The guy said he could do dunlops at $475.Lol
I go to the shows to hook up with folks. The only bikes i have looked at this year are the Ossa trialer and the Panigale 1199.
I was going to look at lids because i wrecked my track lid at Calabogie, but Stubby bought me a new Arai Vector2 for Xmas.:)

I bought admission and 2 over priced pieces of pizza. My daughter got a free Harley Davidson balloon.

Success!

Problem is, she likes simplicity in gear, and all the ladies' jackets are "blinged" out and have real girly designs, which she hates.
She also wants leather, she saw a nice textile jacket or two but she's insisting on leather.
Still have some time before the season starts, so we'll see.

I'm surprised more people didn't ride there. there were only about 30-40 bikes parked up front (unless there was another bike area elsewhere) yet there were about 400 people in motorcycle jackets wandering around. I guess it's important to let everyone know you're a biker even if you don't ride (oh no u didn't) ;) c'mon 7 degrees in january? gotta be nuts to pass that up.

didn't get anything. was hoping to find a bell star to try on in XS as the S seems to wobble on my head.. which surprises me rs-1 S feels tight.. I must be a dwarf of house lannister...
thought the december show was actually better for gear for once. oakville yamaha in december had furygan jackets from france that were pretty nice and weren't the same 8 jackets that everyone seems to sell (grabbed one).
