What the heck I'll join too, it's 9:22pm lets do this fast.... where you guys plan on going? Just let me say that no crazy stuff, don't want to lose my licence.
 
Actually three of us were sitting at the Hart House circle until 10pmish waiting for peeps. Didn't actually get there until around 9:20pm myself. I then had to leave and pick up a friend whose bike got crushed by a truck's unsuccessful attempt of a parallel park...
 
I'm up for Friday or Saturday night rides, after 9pm is good, and around downtown is preferred. Just PM me ahead of time with your cellphone #, and I'll text you back.
Last night, forums were mostly dead till 8:40pm. I could've made the 10pm ride.
 
I am in kingston ontario this week. So.. no downtown toronto for me.

I think I'm out for this season. I had a horrific crash with a pickup truck up north in cottage country. Tried to pass 3 or 4 cars when the passing lane markings allowed for it, but didn't compute that 3rd or 4th car was going to turn a left. Happened too fast, braking didn't help. Bike totalled. Got thrown forward a bit. Was able to stand up by myself after, but the pain didn't kick in until the adrenaline wore off. Protective gear and denim jeans protected me from serious road rash. But one of my knees took a serious hit, and it's still in recovery.

Still assessing whether I want to keep motorbiking. If I did, it would be great to join a support network where bikers confess to their "sins" on the road. I know I liked it when I first did 120 on Hwy400, but I could've kept myself extra safe and taken one of the side roads.
