Weather Tech Mats

I actually just had a coworker come ask me how I liked the mats because he wants to get some. I didn't just bad mouth the company like I wanted to but told him to get the floor liners (they are available for his car) but told him their customer service is garbage.

Just got my return email and now they say I can return on Saturday. So annoying that everyone at this company tells me something different.

@unL33T keep the mats. Sell the Porsche.
Making me not want to get the weather tech mats now.

Mats no....floorliner yes, if available. There is no need for customer service with the floorliners.

Right. Floorliner. Actually thinking of 5he other ones linked in this thread that are cheaper. 10 year old vehicle, but the kids love to mess it up. Plus I drop ice cream. Occasionally.
Still searching for the Chinese knock offs, though.

Sorry to hear about the frustration dude... it really sucks. I have never had to deal with their customer service because I have only ever gotten their floor liners and those do fit perfectly..... (not trying to rub it in)

I don't think I would ever spend big money on floor mats though.
