Porsche, actually. They are RHD in some countries.

...and this is why I don't usually comment on things that I don't know much about...like cars and sports...I'll stick to things like McDonald's and ice cream.

No problem. Maybe I'm wrong. I should've said, "I'm pretty sure they're RHD in some countries."

You can get them to make custom floor liners for your car.
Link to information? I can't find anything about that option on their site and they haven't mentioned it in any of the emails or phone calls.

On their website you go to the floor liner section, select your car and then it will tell you that its not available for your car. at the bottom of the red window it will say " click here to submit a request for this product for your 1987 Porsche 944" you click that and it sends you to a product request page... fill out that info and send it off to them.

EDIT: I should say I know they used to do it for customers.

Thanks for that! Put in my request.

You could try Husky Liners. I had WT's in my last truck but went with the Husky's on my new one. They were $60 cheaper and seem to have just as many good reviews.

They don't even have Porsche as an option.

Coworker was thinking of getting the WT liners for his BMW so I checked the Husky site, nothing for anything except the X5.

Good luck. I tried requesting some made for my wife's 2011 Dodge Avenger. Got an email back saying there wasnt enough demand for it yet so keep checking back. That was back in 2011. I checked yesterday, still none.

Yeah I don't actually expect them to produce anything new for a 28 year old car.

Well I got tired of emailing back and forth so I actually called the same person I was emailing with. First I got a generic CSR guy and he argued with me that the mats should be an exact fit for my car because all their mats are. Then he asked me (kind of angrily) if I want to talk to the person that does the emails. So I did. Then she was annoyed that I called her and kept saying "It takes 24-48 hours for me to respond to emails so you will have to wait until I get to it." But I kept talking anyway. I asked if I would be able to return to them in person or if I had to mail them to Illinois like the paperwork that came with the mats says I would have to for returns. She says, "You bought them from us. Why would you ship them to Illinois?" "Because the paperwork that came with them said that was the address to ship all returns to." "That's only if you buy them in the US." Then I asked if they were at all interested in seeing them since the first guy insisted they must fit and she says that no, they won't fit my car, those are the "best fit" for my vehicle, even if they are literally on top of the gas pedal, and they know they don't fit at all. Then she tells me I can drop them off in Burlington and she says yes, Monday to Friday. I ask why not on Saturday since their website says they are open that day. She says they do not have the staff on Saturday to handle one return.

Everything I've read about them is that their mats are vehicle specific but I was mistaken.

Seems like what I've learned from this thread. They sell good mats when they fit but have terrible customer service. Luckily they have a location in Burlington and they figure it out for you.

I have the floor liners and are pretty happy with them. I would NOT buy the ones you showed on the photo, please get your money back!!

Working on it. Gotta wait the "24-48 hours" for them to handle my return. I first contacted them about the poor fit 2 weeks ago, I might add, but apparently that's not long enough.

The people on the 944online forum say they ran into the same problem. The ones they recommend for the 944 are actually cut for a 911 which are shaped very different. Apparently there is a model for the 924 that fits almost exact (944 is basically an updated 924) but not quite. Either way, I'm tired of their terrible service and just want my money back at this point. Those other people said they tried to get Weather Tech to update their system to show the 924 model for the 944 but they refused, insisting the ones for the 911 are the best fit. The 924 and 928 mats look very different (although still not like they'd fit properly) so I'm not sure why they don't recommend the same for the 944.
