Insurance will say 50/50. In reality it would be entirely the bikes fault. Whoever said further up that weaving in traffic is fine needs to hush up. Its incredibly dangerous and this accident was a direct result of it.

Perhaps, motorcyclists should have to have some car driving experience, before getting a bike license.

If you're out in Hootersville, then you can get by with a little dirt biking,
but on Yonge Street, in the big city, you need to know how to read traffic.
