Honestly in situations like that…you go to Poland, get married, and then return and file for paperwork immediately. When you’re separated your file gets prioritized.Had a relationship with a Polish girl…. She was by no means a “femal Olympic wrestler.” She was the definition of an exquisite beauty. Unfortunately, no matter what I tried, laws and situation made it impossible for her to come here…. And I shocked the **** out of a couple of immigration lawyers by finding a loophole - unfortunately it would have meant leaving he 2 year old son at home for 6 months… simply put, it didn’t happen.
Or do like many that I know…fly to Canada on a visitor visa, and just never leave.
Few of my friends did that, lived here, worked, paid taxes, then got married and are all citizens now.
