One of the first 4k HDR BluRay I bought.
4 years in the making ....unreal photography ....even the Making of on Disc 4 is superb.
Some stuff filmed nearby, Townsville ( Boiling Seas ) and of course the Great Barrier Reef.

Seems BBC might have a rival for nature docs but they don't have the narrator
Photography is good 4k but I think the Beeb has the edge. 🍿 so far.
I learn something amazing with every one of these but they need a less boring narrator.

You always rewatch The Expanse....until a better crop matures.

This looks okay too..
Poster for Robot & Frank

I might do some anime. I started Attack on Titan S4 a while ago, but the whole season wasn't out at the time. It should be now.

Netflix is doing some "grabbing". Goodbye $9.99 no commercials!

I feel there is a content drought right now. After Shogun, Tokyo Vice, and Fallout nothing is grabbing me.
I went back to rewatch "The Orville" for what must be the 5th time now. Might also pull out the "Babylon 5" DVDs, if only for the movies.

“Time” series 1 and 2. A Jimmy McGovern series. Not a feel good drama but very gritty. Two stories of people caught up in minor crime and how it changes their lives being in prison. The danger inside is part of the story too.

Sean Bean is in series 1 and Jody Whittaker in series 2.

Clarkson Farm 3 dropped today ...love the opening.
Very good so far
I love Caleb...hope he is paid well.
Just finished Fallout and will be starting that one next. Loved the first two seasons.

A Man Full In on NF. It's ok.

"3 Body Problem" on Netflix - Apparently based on a book that I've never read. A few episodes in and quite an interesting premise.

3 episodes in, I'm hooked!

The Three-Body Problem is the first in a trilogy of novels by Liu Cixin, which makes up what is known as the Remembrance of Earth's Past series. The first book in the trilogy came out in 2006, while the final novel was released in 2010.2 Apr 2024
Long run if they can keep the interest up.

Bingeing Attenborough in between Potter movies.
