Admittedly not 'currently' watching as it aired a few years ago, but I recently stumbled upon 'feasting on asphalt'. Food network show with Alton Brown riding up the course of the Mississippi. Avid biker, knows his grub and strikes me as the type I'd have a pint with and shoot the ****.

The guy is sort of interesting. From what I understand, he gave up riding due to lessening motor/reaction skills. I cant recall if he had a crash that caused the decision.

He also does a great job on the Iron Chef series, but i cant say I enjoy the CutThroat Kitchen series that he hosts

I thought he was best on his old 'good eats' series - not a fan of cutthroat either.

Good eats was a great show.

Feasting on asphalt was a fun little series. Pass the Lutefisk please.

Absolutely agree 100%. The season is too short and it's too long a wait for the next........lol.

At least Game of Thrones is back soon.....

For those who have missed it so far.

True Detective.

I binge watched the 8 episodes. Good acting, good cast, decent story. I think it was a little over hyped by all those watching it but I liked it as it was an 8 episode mini-series so they tie up the arc and story line nicely. 8/10

I was a bit disappointed with the ending.

[SPOILERS]

Huge red herring with the daughter's sexual acting-out, and unresolved plotlines concerning the other "cult members" and Tuttle's ministry. Also, they saw the "The Yellow King" way back in episode 3 and never made the connection because his face was covered in dirt, and they didn't notice how tall he was because he was sitting down? Really? And the whole Yellow King mythology had no deep connection to the storyline. The villain had none of the creepy cultish vibe associated with the ritualistic murders - he was a backwater yokel.
