Can confirm, first episode was great. Pretty true to the game so far. And the game was nothing short of amazing 👌

I wasn't sure on The Peripheral but like the lead and subtle technology in the near future portrayal and the off the wall tech for the future farther out. Moretz makes it for me and I want her eBike......and her if I was 50 years  younger. Love those legs.:sneaky:

Mo on Netflix is really good. It’s a pretty unique blend of comedy and drama. The story, (loosely based on the main character’s real life experiences) is about a Palestinian asylum seeker originally living in Kuwait, displaced during the gulf war now living in Houston Texas with a Latina girlfriend. He’s trying to provide for his traditional family while dodging ICE while his court cases continue. It’s very funny and a little tragic at times. It’s also very cleverly written and a narrative on modern day America.

MacDoc mentioned The Tunnel earlier in this thread. For anyone interested it’s free to watch on the CBC Gem app. 3 seasons of it and it‘s very good so far.

"Lockwood & Co." just dropped on Netflix, day before yesterday. It's set in a world 50 years after an incident in which a massive number of ghosts were released into the world, resulting in millions of deaths (ghosts touching you = death). It was found that some children were psychically gifted so, of course, they were exploited to fight the ghosts. This is the story of an "agency" founded by an orphan, in competition with the big, exploitative agencies run by adults. Based on a YA series I've never heard of before. Enjoying it quite a bit.

"Extraordinary" on Disney/Star - Good stuff. Adult oriented comedy set in a modern world in which everyone gets a superpower, on or about their 18th birthday, except for the main character. She's 23 (?) years old and hasn't gotten her power yet. Made in the UK.

Beat me to it - also started over the weekend - great show: "Ghostbusters" made right :)

Women at War was okay - got a bit soapy but enjoyed it.

Ah, one of my favorite genres, and I binged 6 episodes last night. Would have finished all of them if I didn't need to wake up early this morning.

If you liked this, "Supernatural" is right at the top of my recommendation list. What's not to love about a family of monster hunters driving around in a '67 Impala with a classic rock soundtrack?

Thanks for the recommendation. Gave it a shot and also quite enjoying it.
