... 1:24 is a respectful pace for Intermediate, once you start hitting 1:20 / 1:19 consistently it's probably time to move up to red.

That's pretty much my goal for this year was 1:20/1:19...hoping there's at least 1 more decent day on the horizon to try and bridge the gap.
