Not as good as last year. Last year you could preregister the day before. Now u either chance the weather or pay 165. Makes shannonville look better all the time
 
Do they do refunds? I want to sign up now but I don't know if my bike will be ready.

So does the instruction/classroom cover things like steering, lean angle, throttle control, braking, etc. or is it more of a track etiquette type course.
In essence, if you are not a new rider, is this course still meant to improve your riding skills like the Fast racing course?

Aug 11,12 is run by guys with bikes if u r an exp. rider you can do a trackday and ask one of their instructors to help you out which they gladly do gives one of them a reason to ride instead of work lol

Intro to Track Course covers all your riding techniques which you listed for the classroom sessions, not track etiquette (that's what riders meetings are for at the track days)
 
I'll be there on Saturday, red Kawi. Our black canopy will also house my buddy's black speed triple, which he is going to take around the track for the second time ever. There may be additional beginner track joiner on a hayabusa. I have been spreading the track gospel.
 
Hey guys, no crashes please, keep the track clean for the newbies (myself included), who will be taking Intro to track in the evening on the 11th :D

A couple of months ago I was doing dyno of my bike in Burlington, Jamie was there with a girl---was that you? If yes, that means we've met...just trying to put names to faces here :)

Yep that's me. :) I'm doing the intro to track in the evening. Might sign up for the Sunday too.

ehh, i wish I could do Sunday too, family has a great disagreement with the idea of me being absent the whole weekend :( I'll try to do a few more track days before summer ends, though.

So, thanks tmp for canceling my track day 2 hours before it starts then not refunding me for it. I spent $500 to get my bike ready for this day that I wouldn't have needed to spend cuz I would've had time to do it myself. As well as renting a trailer. I am VERY displeased. You owe me BIG TIME.

Oh, and the fact that you didn't notify me that it was cancelled. My friend had to tell me it was, thank god, saving me a 2 hour trip.

If it was cancelled due to weather, then they should postpone it to a better day and that will be that end of that.
Why would you want your money back?
You still have a trackday to look forward to.

I was really looking forward to this, had the bike loaded on the uHaul, ready to go. Then I got the call :(

I was rescheduled for Sept 1st, but I don't know what my options are, forgot to ask. I was planning to do a few track days before the end of August, now what---do track days and then do Intro to Track?! Can somebody from the organizers pitch in, I'd like to get credit for the money paid for Intro to Track and use them up for track time before that. Will get somebody to show me around the track..
