It looks rather short in the other picture with the ramp taken off. Could be the picture. Also no removable plate hole in the rear for easier tire removal.
 
I have a bike for sale which is priced well under what the going rate for this bike seems to be, and it comes with a bunch of extras.

2020 Kawasaki Z400

It's not a bike I would ever own and probably.one that I would no longer want to ride after five minutes but a certified bike for $2500 is about as low as it gets these days.

All seems reasonable. Seller has been on fb for many years and doesn't have a ton of vehicles listed. There is a 400cc version of the scrambler. Maybe that's it? I don't know if you could get a 400cc icon (or if the bike shown is an icon).
