Good price.

1100 km in and he's outgrown a 650. It is amazing how many riders are capable of getting on a GP bike right out of the gate. I don't even know why they bother selling bikes <1000cc as you can't learn anything on them. /s

Hahaha. 405,000 km. That may scare away some buyers. He obviously either doesn't know how to read the odo or had a typo.

I wanted to like that bike but couldn't wait for the test ride to be over. The low redline completely ruined it for me. Just when it starts to think about moving you bang into the limiter. Maybe ok for a sedate cruiser but not at all what I want in a bike. It has all the danger and almost none of the fun for me.

I wanted to try one but the 5 speed tranny is a let down. No hwy gear. This model redlines at 8,5 k are you thinking of the nx750 that redlines at 6 k

Maybe. Honda 7xx of some variety. It may have been different letters. 8.5k is still really low imo. Bikes at less than 1L should have five digit redlines imo.
 
Yeah worst demo ride kid and I every took....I think Honda moved it to a cruiser style where it might work.
Insane gas mileage but no fun at all...at least the CB500 winds up ...the damn 700 hits a wall.
Good weather protection and interesting luggage with a pass through between them. Decent commuter and likely bullet proof

Oh man my wife would kill me if I brought another bike home! This would do well in Simcoe county

I rode the NC750XA and couldn’t believe that red line kicked in so early, upped to 7,500rpm depending on the year.
 
king of the autobon ! good for those with extra garage time?

maybe a good runner, maybe not. 300 a bit expensive for playin bingo. but no guts- no glory.

It would be a no brainer if it were the UJM model XS11 model. The one for sale is the "Special" - loaded with undesirable features like small gas tank, cruiser seat, high pull-back bars, and air springs in the back.
