The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

That is a very good price for an ABS sport tourer. it's under 500 lb dry.

Better weather protection than my CBF, no heavier and full luggage. Geez if I was in the market I'd be all over that.
These are a cut above the liter STs , they're hanging with Connies and FJRs. I don't know why they don't get more respect -- I rode one last year, they are light and nimble for a big bike, I preferred the ride over my FJR.

Those mirrors look identical to me

Look at the silver bushings on the lower pivots.

Calling my insurance right now

You'll be surprised. I had one with intact and it was surprisingly cheap for a 1200cc st.

I think I'll call too. That looks like a killer deal.

Anyone need an 08 Busa right now?

Dropped. Telltale right side mirror and exhaust can replaced + the "no-drop" fairing scratches. This is a $1800 max bike.

lol...what?
So any bike with an aftermarket exhaust was dropped?

That blue Ninja 250 looks in great shape. Let's say it was dropped. It has no signs of it and would not affects anything on the bike performance wise. $2500 is a fair price especially with only 8,600km...It's not a deal though. If I was selling that bike and you offered me $1800, I'd decline.

Also, mirrors can get dings and scrapes without being dropped.

My bike has aftermarket mirrors and exhaust, but I don't remember dropping it.

My insurance was too high :(

What was the quote worth? If you don't mind sharing.

I tried to contact but no reply
Interesting that it led to me sorting my top case issue with the CBF so ....it's okay.
Ergos looked really good on that.

About 583 for full comprehensive

That really isn't bad for a 1200cc bike with gobs of torque.

Will need new tires and lights + safety bringing it into the 300 territory
Not if you buy it for $1800. Take the bike to Frekeyguy if you're not mechanically inclined. New tires and a headlight bulb for $500 ish and you're ready for a safety.
