Simcoe Forest? Better have the little pine tree stamped on your can or $$$$$.

I have the SCORRA stickers for last year...haven't bothered for this year as I don't expect to be riding much.

And after last year's adventure...not sure I want to take the X in there again too soon.

That applies to your typical “12 o’clock boyz “ type riders that are acting like idiots while riding filthy. Most of those bikes bulldozed were already compensated for via insurance payouts to their rightful owners

Finally one of them caught.

Hamilton Police arrest a 28-year-old Hamilton man after fleeing from police on a stolen motorcycle last evening.
On Thursday, June 23, 2022, shortly after 6:00 p.m., a Hamilton Police officer driving a marked police cruiser observed a blue Yamaha motorcycle without plates in the area of Stone Church Road East and Upper Ottawa Street.
Further the officer continued to view the driving behavior of the motorcyclist. The driver left the roadway and started driving in the north shoulder bicycle lane on Stone Church Road while there was heavy traffic congestion at the intersection.
The officer attempted to effect a traffic stop however the motorist accelerated the engine, ricocheting off the curb and the police cruiser in attempts to flee. The motorcycle then dropped, the driver rolled and fled on foot into traffic. While on the roadway the driver jumped onto the rear bumper of a moving vehicle and held on for approximately 200 meters.

401 west bound through Cambridge.
Driver was all over the road and the beauty of a tie-down job on that bike is just mint! Straps through the wheel, around the engine, pulling on the forks….just brilliant!

Is that not SOP for cruisers?

I'm more concerned about the straps that appear to be pulling the front axle towards the rear wheel. Maybe those are just tag ends. All in all it looks very questionaable and unprofessional. The crap unrated orange strap across the seat is just the capper on the %*&%^ sandwich.

Just had a cyclist pull up into the intersection on the red.
Ride cross partway to the left turn lane, then park it right in front of me, in the intersection.
Then waves at me.
He ran the red, but apexed the corner.
Of course the guy in the inside left turn lane, creeps into my lane on his turn, so I got squeezed.
Hope he lives a long a fruitful life but I doubt it.

I don't know the details but two riders were involved in an incident at M1X class in Barrie last saturday (no idea who runs it). One rider has a concussion and called the police today to report unsafe conditions at the riding class. Oy.
