Not always possible. Moving over, in this case, could have resulted in loss of control because of the snow. Depens on how wide the vehicle was.
Not with the pothole roulette with the thousand potholes under the snow on the sides of that road. Already replaced a rim and tie rod 2 weeks prior to that from hitting one of the bigger ones. That, and the guy in the Impala has a history of weaving at people he thinks are driving too fast on his road (he lives on 7th Conc.). Pull that **** with me and I ain't blinking first.
Here's a video of him swerving at the person in front of me 5 days later.
Hopefully at some point you've given the videos to Road Watch, or a similar reporting system.
Yes. Reported to HRP. Hit and run is going through channels. They're pulling him in for a retest as well. They also asked me to document the instances of him regularly parking on the road with his flashers on in front of his house to disrupt traffic flow. The guy has issues.

It’s definitely worse in that corridor and surrounding areas.
I was just thinking this myself.
Next weekend we’ll be riding in The Highlands and we likely won’t encounter nearly as much douche baggery driving. The locals might drive fast, but they are good drivers and mostly predictable.

PSA: the drivers get exponentially worse the closer you get to Welland.
Sidenote: the rumble strips are asymmetrical. I'm curious if the sound from them is different when you're driving on them in the opposite direction.

Very lucky the police didn't fire into the vehicle. Very well could have as driver using it as a weapon. Driver must've been really messed up!
