The Bad Drivers of Ontario Thread

Sometimes it's as simple as the fact that you had the nerve to honk, AT HIM! Don't you know who you're dealing with? HOW DARE YOU!

I agree, but I'm a realist...and there's always 2 sides to every story. Lots of Dashcam videos of road rage incidents out there that were brought on by the very person posting the video...because just before the beginning of the video they intentionally did something to the other person to incite it. Of course you never see that part, right? Just like the police beating videos where the person showing the video conveniently doesn't include the part 30 seconds beforehand where the offender punches an officer in the face and starts grabbing at his gun...all you see is the (rightly deserved) beatdown he gets after the fact.

But yes, some people are set off by nothing. I've had people give me the finger while passing me because I dare only drive 10 over the speed limit in my work truck. Heresy, I know.

This is always the way it goes when a video is posted. I posted a video with the lead up to an incident, that clearly showed there was absolutely no interaction prior to the incident, and someone still asked what had happened before to cause the other driver's reaction.

The other driver used the turn lane to advance beyond a line of traffic, that was waiting to drive straight through. If anything happened before that I would say, at most, that it was another driver refusing to accede to his arrogance by letting him cut in front, after being a dick.

I was wondering where he was driving to in the first place, as there wasn't a lane ahead of him. I'm so glad that I don’t have to drive very far on a regular basis.

(1st one above) - Groovy music

(2nd one above) - Defective operation of a motor vehicle ...

That guy is clearly a winner. His mother must be proud of him

I stopped counting possible infractions. It would just add up to "dangerous operation of a vehicle" (Criminal Code of Canada charge).

That one certainly should raise some eyebrows if someone could convince some cops to actually do something about it

Somebody should send a tweet out or something about that. That guy has some serious mental issues

Sigh. I miss the good old days when you could bash the cars of motherfackers like these with a baseball bat.

So nice of him to stop in the middle lane so you could get a nice clean shot of his plate.

Go to your local police detachment with your video on your phone and play it for the first officer you meet at the front desk. This guy deserves a nice big fat assed blem on his driving record, or better yet, a suspension or something. Idiots like this are a scourge to the rest of us.

first thing to do if you get in a minor accident on a highway is jump out of the car and run somewhere

next time you get brake checked like that with a dashcam make sure you hit them and show the cops. get yourself a new car. that's an hta 172. and my uncles bro, who's a cop says you'll be safe even if you rear end a brake checker.. Since then, i rear ended one brake checker and never had an at fault or 50/50.. the dashcam is a must

The black car, (BMW?) probably saw the flashing OPP lights and slammed on it's breaks. The van was probably following too close and rear ended it.

It's a weird situation to have a rear end collision on the highway in light traffic and neither vehicle seems to have much damage.

All these videos should belong in the thread, "people are stupid"

Matt, look at the front of the BMW, look in front of the BMW, this s a good reason why media should not be allowed on public roadways ....guess who was looking at the interview ????
