I've seen that bike for sale for a long time. If I'm not mistaken, the "repsol" edition is just the paint scheme. Virtually no performance upgrade from a standard cbr1000. Correct?

Ha, that's a pretty good one. "Nice" stereo, burns 125ml of oil a week, and a single picture that literally shows half the car.

The used sportbike market in ontario is just laughable.... its winter and almost 20 year old gsxr's, yamis, honda etc are still going for $3900 to $5500.


And bikes 5- 8 years old for only two grand or so lower then brand new last year models from dealerships.




2000-2004 bikes should now be in the $1900 to $2300 range in mint condition.

2005- 2007 bikes should be in the $2500 to $3900 range.

2008- 2010 bikes should be in the $4000 to $5900 range.

2011-2012 bikes should be in the $6000 to $7900 range.

2013 bikes are selling for $8999 to $10999 @ dealerships which is correct.

Im seeing 2002 to 2003's going for 300 to 5500....and 2008's and 2009's going for $8999 to $9's privately and more ...with 20 to 35 ks, are people in gta high as F:salute:K?

I've talked to alot of bikers, almost eash and everyone tries to get more back then what they paid for i do not under stand this gta mentality. ITs only a f ing motorcycle not a bugatti.lol

Not really. probably hits above 5500rpm often. 1/4 every two weeks is about right . I was going through the same amount on my 2000 SiR. However I put on 50,000km in one year.

to the yellow ITR for 10.5k
