The told me after the first year (2012) they had to change the clutches. Also these bikes were dropped a fair amount of times. BUT I assume they have fixed them up and installed new parts before sale as they are being sold by Honda Canada. In Toronto, I was the first rider in the second heat. After they cooled down a bit, I was surprised how much better they were again.
STILL, they were abused pretty badly by some of the riders - WOT, standing on the rear brake, for the whole run.....
With the right idiot it can be ruined before it goes 2 ft.
The GTA is really got a skewed sense of reality on prices, because most people in the GTA lease (rent) their cars and buy bikes on time. It is very difficult to sell used bikes because the level of debt and cost of living in the GTA is so ridiculous that most are living paycheck to paycheck and just don't have cash. GTA is literally one of the most indebted places in the world.
.
I got you beat. How about doing a burnout in a Front wheel drive car while holding the FRONT BRAKES?

I'm with you until that last sentence. Far from it. Yes, I've been around.
Canada's consumer debt is now higher on average, than the US was in 2008. The Economist has repeatedly stated that GTA house prices are 13-18% higher than they should be.
What is important is that those numbers are averaged across Canada, but the majority of the debt in is Vancouver and the GTA.
again, this chart is scary, but you have to realize this is averaged across the country. It is far worse in the GTA.
No woooorries. Every one is making money flipping houses.

I thought it was the same bike. It is very perfect in person. Sounded great.
