Seems high to me. I bought a '16 DL650XT with 15km. Came with center stand, Saddlemen ADV seat, bags and top box, Renthal bars and a Madstad screen and 2 new Metzlers and a cover. The seller tossed in the OE seat, another OE low profile seat, OE windscreen and handlebars -- all new in box and never used.
Maybe mine was cheap because it has the beak.

I'm glad they're in no hurry. They're also not that smart as they are prioritizing mileage. Mileage on any bike in their price range won't be the death of it and in fact, higher mileage may last them longer as it won't be all seized up/dried out.

I am assuming he blindly reused an old ad. It wasn't successful at the end of last season, it sure as hell won't be successful at the beginning of a season.
