Even 4500 for an 11 year old vstar 650 seems steep to me. I have ridden that bike (well an older version of it) and have very little good to say about it. Low seat height and decent on insurance are probably the high points because engine, brakes, suspension and comfort sure aren't.At least twice the actual value?
