it's a BMW, an INVESTMENT. Also, you would be surprised (or not) at the number of people that think used vehicle sales don't pay HST.

Yup thats a goodie! Been posted before but i thinks its up there for top 3 ridiculous priced bikes in this thread

This is obv. taking a big thread detour, but there are several ways to shelter yourself from having your investment income taxed. I'm not an expert..but they (tax consultants) are worth the money.
