What would happen if you bought the title and registered it and said he hasn't delivered the bike.
Could you argue the bike legally is yours? (Not saying I would want to do this lol)

I see so many of these. I don't know what these guys are thinking. Always the same story.
Their first bike, brand new from a dealer, 5 YEAR warranty (as if more than 0.1% of owners keep a <=300 half that long), barely broken in and they're bored.
You always lose money buying and selling new bikes. I would never buy a new bike (or any bike from a dealership) unless:
1) I planned on keeping if for 10 years.
2) Money was no longer a concern

Title without frame is useless for halve of the money you get both, definitely overpriced, paper itself worth nothing even if you already have frame.

$9200 on the tag at Sturgess. Didn't care to check which gixxer size but it was definitely a gixxer.
