Streetsville Sunday Rides

yup that was probably me. i had a doctors apointment in TO this morning. were you on a bike. i seen a couple ppl wave at me from the eastbound lanes.
i might have to work saturday so that day is out, but i will be there sunday for sure. i have been riding to work all week rain or shine.

I'll be heading out for a ride for sure sat,

I need to head down to Niagra and hop the border to the US and come back. Renew my Visa.
If i can work in some twisties on the way down or back then all the better!

One of these days the planets will align correctly and I will be able to get out to one of these rides. My luck was terrible this year. :(

Me and Voytek are going from Mississauga towards Niagara Falls around 10.30...(I would say around 2 o'clock there)

so you guys headin south to Niagara / border leaving from Timmies at 10? does that work for what you need to do a_rob? do you renew your visa at the Cdn border station or need to go over to US side? I'm up for wherever.

Managed to get the visa renewed today, went n hopped the border after work. Strange process, rode down to niagara, parked the bike and walked accross the bridge to American Customs. They gave me a note saying id tried to enter america and sent me back where i could then renew my visa. Apparently its mandatory for me to "leave the country" before i can renew. Crazy eh

*laughs* big pain in the ***** and my god it was cold coming home!!!

If i can wake up on time then ill be at Timmies @ 10.
 
just made it home.

Apparently Sv's like to turn into a single cylinder machine in the rain sometimes.
Made for an interesting ride home! On the highway it just meant i slowed down a bit,
Once i got to the city it meant stalling,
then when the power cut back in, inadvertant mini-wheelies, burnouts and damn near high-siding myself.

Good Times!!!
 
And check the spark plug cable for damage (and/or boot as well) and eventualy install fender extender (so the water from the wheel does not go straight on spark plug and cable. Have you ever changed spark plugs and/or cables since you got this bike? PS: Sorry I didn't wait any longer... ( I was ok with the rain, but I hate heavy trafic like this). I'm glad you didn't get stack on the road.
 
If it's not raining in the morning I'll be there. I think we should heading South (No rain in Niagara Falls region) but it's doesn't matter where we're going as long as it's dry. C U Gs
